GP Solutions is looking for an IT-recruiting (80%) specialist with HR/PR tasks (20%), who is passionate about all topics relating to HR Management and recruiting.
- Minimum 1 year of IT-recruiting experience;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level;;
- Highly adopted to rapidly changing environment;
- Flexibility and strong multitasking skills.
- Full cycle recruitment process;
- Improvement of current policies in the area of recruiting, adaptation, assessment, retention, etc.;
- Assisting with organization of internal/external training courses;
- Development of the employer branding strategy;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analytics;
- Organize corporate events;
- Provide family atmosphere in the company.
